NORCROSS SOCCER ACADEMY COMMITMENT CONTRACT
Fall 2009 - Spring 2010
Junior and Senior Select Teams
The Select Program is an annual commitment between Norcross Soccer Academy, selected players and the parents.
The players are expected to:
1. Attend all team practices and games unless there are extenuating circumstances (for example: illness or unexpected out-of-town trips).
2. Attend all Select scheduled tournaments and soccer camps.
3. Bring a correct-size and pumped ball, water, and wear socks and shin guards to every practice.
4. Wear the training shirt to every practice, if required by your coach.
5. Make soccer their primary sport during the soccer seasons. (Fall Season 8/13-12/2 and,
for U9-U14, Spring Season 1/25-5/25)
6. Adhere to the Player Code of Conduct
The parents are expected to:
1. Make an increased time and financial commitment to the Select Program (as compared to recreational soccer).
2. Pay Fall registration fees and out-of-county fees, if applicable, to NSA by July 1, 2009. Payments after this date will be assessed a $30 late fee. Parents must also commit to making timely payments to the team manager/team treasurer for coaching/ training/tournament fees during the year.

3. Purchase a uniform package at Signing Day (approximately $200 depending on gender & size).
4. Register for Select Training Camp by the deadline, cost $145:
Junior Select: August 3 - August 7, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.; July 31 ($25 fee after deadline NO EXCEPTIONS)
Senior Select: Aug 3 - 7, 6 p.m.- 9 p.m.; deadline July 31 ($25 fee after deadline NO EXCEPTIONS)
5. Adhere to the Parent Code of Conduct.
6. Get players to practices and games on time and ready to practice/play.
Norcross Soccer Academy is expected to:
1. Provide practices twice per week, minimum, for Select Teams.
2. Provide each team with a licensed coach who is responsible for running practices and is present at all games or have a qualified coach to step in. Training fees are the responsibility of the team.

Q. How and when do I have to register my child?
A. The deadline to register is July 1st. If payment is not made online or received by the NSA office by July 1, a $30 late fee will apply.
Q. What if I want to pay registration fees with a credit card?
A. You can pay online when you register. We accept only VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Q. What happens if my child decides not to play in the Norcross Soccer Select Program in the spring
season or wants to transfer to another association between the fall and spring season?
A. The Norcross Soccer Select Program is an annual commitment between the players, parents, and
Norcross Soccer Academy. There will be no refund of NSA registration fees.
Q. What happens if I have a problem with my child’s coach?
