The team played six games against semi-professional and professional youth academies and came back with 4 - 1- 1 record, taking 3rd place in a youth tournament held in the city of Prato. The boys also spent two days training with Empoli F.C one of the leading Youth Academies in Europe. "It was an amazing experience and a great team building tour.  I was very pleased with the soccer we played against tough and technical Italian teams and I think we surprised them with our team’s ability.  The culture was amazing and the whole trip was a great development tool for the boys. They are all begging to return!" said Tony Annan, coach and EDOC of Norcross Soccer Academy.
