NSA FURY INDOOR SPRING 2012
We look forward to organizing our 3rd NSA Adult League, starting on March 23, 2012
This season we will have three different age groups:
- Over 18
- Over 35
- Over 45
Games will be scheduled on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays after 1 PM. Schedules will be posted after all team registrations are accepted. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER A TEAM – MARCH 16, 2012
Here is how to register a team:
1) Choose your playing division below. Complete a Fury Indoor Adult Team Roster Form
2) Each player on the roster completes a Fury Indoor Player Waiver & Release Form
3) The Team Coach turns in Adult Team Roster Form with ALL Player Release & Waiver Forms attached, to the NSA Fury Indoor Office, 4541 S. Berkeley Lake Road, Norcross, GA 30071 (can deliver to office or mail to office, no faxes will be accepted)
4) A minimum $100 deposit is required when you turn in your roster (checks payable to NSA)
5) Balance of full payment is required before you play your first game. Coach is responsible for one payment to NSA for balance, no individual player payments to NSA
(Note: If we do not have enough teams to form your division, you will receive a full refund of any payments made).
FURY INDOOR ADULT DIVISIONS
Over 18 Adult
(Co-ed recreational team)
All players must be 19 prior to January 1, 2012.
Play 5v5 with maximum of 14 on roster
Minimum 7 games
Top 2 teams will play a championship match
25 minute halves
3 minute halftime
Co-ed Recreation Team Cost $600
Over 35 Adult
