Meet the Executive Board
The Norcross Soccer Association (NSA) Executive Board along with the Management Committee oversees and administers the affairs of the Association and is charged with maintaining the overall objectives and the financial condition of the Association.
The NSA Executive Board is comprised of the following elected officers: Chairman (appointed each January by a majority vote of the current Board Members), President (also serves as head of the Management Committee), and five officers as follows:

As the Chair for 2008, I am excited about where NSA is positioned and the opportunities to continue to improve Our goal continues to be to provide a fun, safe and educational soccer experience for both boys and girls ages 4 to 18, and to promote good sportsmanship, friendship, and a deeper love for the game. I consider it our job as the Executive Board to ensure that goal is accomplished in the most effective and efficient manner available.
The current staff is stronger and more talented than we have ever had at NSA and under Tony Annan’s direction we will continue to provide an even better overall experience for the youth of our surrounding communities. In addition, NSA has been blessed with some of the most dedicated volunteers that I have had the pleasure to know. It has required a great deal of time and effort by many of these folks to make NSA the success that it is. Please be sure and thank the volunteers and our staff when you see them around the park. After being a member at NSA for several years as my daughter has grown up, and serving as a volunteer in several capacities, from an Asst Coach to Chairman of the Executive Board, I can tell you that at NSA our members have built one of the absolutely best soccer clubs in the State of Georgia. In working closely with Georgia Soccer and other affiliated area clubs, it is quickly obvious to me that NSA is a first class operation focused on the game itself, not the politics of the game. As your President and Chief Operating Officer, I have the privilege of working day-to-day with our professional, paid soccer and office staff, as well as countless numbers of volunteers serving tirelessly to carry out a wide variety of duties. Without all these valued people our number one asset, our players, would not enjoy the great soccer experience we can offer. Not to mention the chance we have as adults to hopefully teach these future leaders of our country some life lessons about teamwork, dedication, hard work, commitment, physical fitness, sacrifice and proper nutrition. It takes a lot of people to field good teams and have lots of fun on the weekends at Pinckneyville Park and we always need more dedicated volunteers, so please take the opportunity to contact us and get in the game at NSA. - James Welch |

My family has been a loyal and committed part of this club for nearly 10 years and has seen tremendous growth and improvement. 2008 begins my 14th year as a member of Norcross Soccer Academy, and my 12th as a volunteer for our association. Having served as a Rec Coach, Commissioner, and Team Manager over the years, it is exciting to now serve on the Board for the last few years that I will have child playing at Norcross. It’s an exciting time to be a part of NSA, as there is a great coaching and leadership team in place, and the association is growing in numbers and stature. My job is to help our club continue to build on all the positives that we’ve experienced in recent years. I encourage you to get involved in some way as well. - Greg Cullum |
